In the event of an accidental donation made in error due to inputting the wrong amount, we understand that situations may arise. Should such a circumstance occur, please contact us with your email address within 30 days of the donation date.

To request a refund for an inadvertent donation amount, please provide the following details in your email:

• Your full name
• Donation date
• Donation amount made in error
• Confirmation or receipt of the transaction

We will promptly review your request and, if verified, initiate the refund process. However, please note that we are unable to refund donations that have been already used or allocated towards our charitable causes or projects.
